It was perfectly cooked, charred on the outside with crispy fat and red inside. I've had this here before and it was so good that I was delighted to see it on the nightly specials menu. Served with potatoes and string beans, it was outstanding. They consistently do an excellent job with steak here. Service was also great. They have a good selection of beers and wines. Everything was very good and they brought a slice of chocolate cake at the end for my birthday. The funny thing was we didn't tell them it was my birthday.
