The Sax performance throughout the dinner was very pleasing and he engaged with us all while he walked around and played. We ate the Valentine’s menu and it was really good. The only thing was, we were not able to substitute the dessert with another. We are not big Tiramisu so we wanted to substitute it, but the Valentine menu was set and there was no substitutes. We were 20 minutes early but immediately greeted and seated, and server reached the table within a minute. We were offered beverage choices and appetizers which arrived quickly and provided with menus and info on specials. Sabrina was a personable, knowlegeable, well trained and eager server who represents the high values of the restaurant. Everything was delivered to the table timely, hot , well prepared and presented. Salmon, veal and veal parmigian were all excellent and focacia bread and mussels were great accompaniments. The meal concluded with apple pie, peach cobbler and creme brulee. Our experiences at Aldos over 20 years have always been good to outstanding but this experience was the BEST ever.
