- NNancyvipNew York City •8 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe decided to not cook this Thanksgiving and booked the Bad Roman - it was fabulous. We were greeted at the entrance by a super friendly and efficient host and hostess. Some of our party had the turkey which was better than mine for sure! . The rest of us had sole which was delicious! And the best Cesar salad in NYC. The wines were amazing and good value - recommended by their Sommelier Roosevelt. Gregory the bartender kicked the night off with brilliant cocktails and a nice pour of champagne! All in all a wonderful Thanksgiving feast. All in all well run, friendly service and delicious food.More infoBad RomanPrice: Expensive• Italian• Upper West Side•4.5
- JJohn-CharlesNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe LOVED our dinner last night, Thanksgiving. The food was great, the service terrific (didn't get her name, but a swell Latina was our server). And we had a New York experience. A middle aged couple was celebrating her birthday so they had a chocolate cake. They only wanted a slice or two, so they gave it to the mother & son from Santa Fe next to us. They had to rush to a show, so they gave it to us. We only wanted a slide, too, so we shared it with a young lady and grandmother (who was having a birthday with sherbet and a candle!). So the cake pleased FOUR tables at your restaurant! This has happened to us several times now, usually in NYC, but also in Florence and Rome! Thanks for a great evening. There’s basically nothing on the menu that I would not recommend and their desserts are incredible . we decided to go for Thanksgiving dinner since neither of us eat turkey. We wanted a traditional menu and we were not disappointed. The staff led by maître D Jeff couldn’t have been nicer . the entire staff made tonight‘s dinner a lovely experience . Needless to say, I highly recommend this restaurant .More infoTrattoria Dell'ArtePrice: Expensive• Italian• Midtown West•4.5

We had reservation for 11:30am because we were afraid later restaurant reservation or slow service might make us late for show. Not at Serafina! They were ready for us at 11:30, and service was efficient and friendly. We had a well-paced meal , time for nice conversation, and got to theatre in plenty of time.More infoSerafina BroadwayPrice: Expensive• Italian• Midtown West•4.4

The hostess made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and the attentive service continued throughout the evening. I spoke with the manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for our gathering. I highly recommend Carmine's on 44th for its fantastic food and outstanding service!More infoCarmine's - 44th Street - NYCPrice: Moderate• Italian• Theater District•4.6
