Best Italian Restaurants in Edwards

Entire staff is friendly and helpful. Food is good homemade Italian. They are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. My husband had the mushroom ravioli. He enjoyed it. I had the mushroom risotto. It was quite good. A huge portion. I was only able to eat half. We both had Ceasar salad and split a crème brûlée. Both were tasty.

The staff went out of their way to make our anniversary special. Food and wine were outstanding. Had the polenta and mushroom ragu and fresh pasta bolognese and the lasagna with a super Tuscan. We would order each again but the whole menu sounded delicious.

Highly recommend! The pasta dishes were absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. We had a wonderful dinner.

We have been excitedly waiting for Tavernetta to open in Vail; it did not disappoint. The newly renovated restaurant is light and airy, the servers and wine sommelier are well-trained and friendly and the food fantastic. We shared several dishes including the beet antipasti (Barbabietole) the Mafaldine Primi course (a pasta with fennel sausage and rapini) and the whole Branzino, all of which were delicious. Next time we will save room for dessert.

The food was amazing and the service was fabulous. All the staff were very welcoming, bright and joyous . It was a wonderful evening.
