Wonderful place. You must start with the prosciutto ham. I enjoyed watching the pasta being made - almost as much as eating the pasta. It's the only place I have eaten handkerchief pasta with pesto sauce.

The hostess had an attitude and tried to seat us at a table by the kitchen although the reservation had been made well in advance. We asked the wait staff to please re-seat us which they happily did. I think they noticed the hostess’ attitude and tried to make things right. The wait staff was superb and could not have been nicer. All in all, I would give the food and service a “10” out of “10” despite the hostess’ attitude. Maybe she should be I. The back washing dishes instead of greeting diners.

We sat in the back room. It was perfect for the four of us to catch up and enjoy the delicious food. We ordered the mussels and pizzetta as shareable and our dinner from the daily specials. Kelly was attentive but not intrusive. A good experience at Gale's.

My daughter and I dined at Bestia as first-timers before heading to the Disney Concert Hall to listen to the amazing Jennifer Hudson. Several parties around us were doing the same thing-great minds think alike. After receiving lots of helpful suggestions from Franklin, our server, we opted for a glass of Riesling and a Cruise Control as our beverages and shared a Margherita pizza, Cavatelli alla Norcina, and the Grilled Pork Collar. All were delicious options. The pizza was so flavorful with just the right amount of char on the crust. The pasta married the sauce, sausage and shaved truffles so well, and the pork collar was sublime; tender and flavorful. For dessert we shared the Holiday Cookie Frozen Torte which gave us a little of everything-cake, coconut, pecans and ice cream. Franklin and his team were friendly, attentive, and professional. We both agreed we would love to dine here again
