- MMarshallPhoenix / Arizona •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAs usual on point! The new bread for the bruschetta is perfectly crunchy. First time having the roasted red pepper bisque and it was soooo velvety . Only place I ever get specials. Lobster ravioli and spicy shrimp. Very very good. The cannolis are made there and oh my. Josh is on top of everything and the star of the show, of course, is Zoe. Watching her work her tables is such a pleasure. Sam and Luca is our favorite for sureMore infoSam & Luca Italian BistroPrice: Moderate• Italian• Mesa•4.7

Special menu was very yummy, service was wonderful, and they worked with me as I asked to move my OpenTable reservation as we had trouble getting there on time. - CCierraNew Orleans / Louisiana •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoNorth Italia was beautiful and the food was delicious. I loved that we had a reservation and they honored the time. That was super appreciated because it's not common, especially because we were there for Valentine's Day. Alot of reservations we have had at other restaurants we end up with a ridiculous wait so kudos to the hostess staff. Our server was knowledgeable and sweet. Only downside was there was a prefixed Valentine's 3 course dinner menu to choose from which we were bummed since we have never been to North Italia so we were unable to choose our own meals. So we get passed that it was a fixed menu, but then they ran out of the appetizer course I wanted (lump crab and lobster bruschetta) I was very disappointed. For me, if we're going to pay $70/per person I want what I want from their pre determined holiday menu. All in all we were still super happy. 4.5/5 starsMore infoNorth Italia - GilbertPrice: Moderate• Italian• Gilbert•4.7
- GGavinLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a great time. I had a small issue with my food. Both my server and the manager corrected my situation with ease. I appreciate the effort and customer service. Its rare these days and I will support Elephante simply because I know I will leave with the best experience. We overall enjoyed the ambiance. The menu is good. If I had one recommendation for improvement… they have many things that many Scottsdale restaurants already offer for less money… and on the same class of restaurant as Elephante. Seems like this could be a weak point personally. However, I think the restaurant is beautiful, and look forward to coming back and enjoying another great experience! - PPhilPhoenix / Arizona •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe only very small issue with our visit to Buca in Mesa was at check-in. We arrived 5 min early for our reservation but there was no one at the Host station and there were several people in the lobby, some already checked in and some not. It was about 10 min before a hostess appeared, obviously she was busy in the restaurant. We checked in and it was another 15 min before we were seated although when seated it wasn’t busy so not sure about the delay. After that it was great. Our server was helpful with selections and very patient and pleasant. Food arrived in a timely manner and everything was very good. We had a group of 8 so tried 4 different items and shared and everyone in our group enjoyed all the choices. We all thought the cost was very good as well with food, wine and tip coming in at $85/couple, quite reasonable for an evening out these days. I had been before but others hadn’t although everyone commented they would return.More infoBuca di Beppo - MesaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Mesa•4.1
