- MMarionWashington, D.C. Area •107 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe management of Olio e Piu gave us a complementary meal after a good but less than stellar review for a dinner we had there during Restaurant Week. We took them up on the offer and had lunch there on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was busy (a surprise to us for a downtown DC location) and the vibe was happy. We both had the delicious Farfalla Rossa cocktail. We had the Burrata Mediterraneo and Vitello Tonnato appetizers, Fusilli Cinghiale e Funghi pasta and Bronzino del Marinaio for entrees, and Tiramisu and pear and chocolate desserts. The food was excellent! Our server, Ximena, was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, as was the rest of the staff. Thank you, Hospitality Team of Olio e Piu, for offering us this second chance at your restaurant. It tells us that you care about your patrons and the food and hospitality you provide. That's much appreciated these days.More infoOlio e Più - DCPrice: Expensive• Italian• Washington•4.3
- JJosephVIPWashington, D.C. Area •41 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoAll the meals were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone in our party of four. Larger pizza was very generous; took home half for another meal. Wine prices are quite reasonable for the DC area. Service very good, despite the Brunch crowd. Only real issue was the noise level: it was very busy, though, and people might have been really enjoying their bottomless (or very inexpensive) cocktail/beverage choices. One of our party uses a hearing aid, and the ambient volume made conversation with him nearly impossible. Not the fault of the restaurant, just basic acoustics and energetic patrons.More infoThe Liberty TavernPrice: Moderate• American• Arlington•4.7
- AArmandWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoSteak was excellent. Owner said they recently changed their beef supplier. He is very passionate about where the food and ingredients are sourced. Highly recommend this place if you are trying to avoid processed foods and grain fed meat. Really like a home cooked meal.More infoMele BistroPrice: Expensive• Italian• Arlington•4.8
- OTOpenTable DinerSouth Carolina •4 reviews4.0Dined on 20 Jan 2025Mac and cheese was great but the lobster was a bit dry. Menu says butter poached. I tasted no butter. The pizza and ceasar salad were great though. We sat in the bar and although the service was great eventually, we probably sat for 10 minutes before someone came to the table.More infoBarley MacPrice: Moderate• American• Rosslyn•4
