Best Italian Restaurants in Fair Oaks Ranch

Beautiful restaurant. Service was okay. Bread not served with meal. Waiter was pleasant but too busy to provide great service. Powdered parmigiana cheese? Fresh is so much better!!

Eden was our waiter, he was amazing! He recommended specific entrees and soup. Everything was wonderful!

We love Piatti.. both locations but this evening we chose Eilian. We were able to be seated in the comfortable sofa/upholstered chair section which was very nice. Our server was really pleasant and attentive throughout the meal and allowed us to move at our pace through a moment with some hot tea followed by their butternut squash soup and a mista salad. We enjoyed their amazing bread and oil/basalmic mix (only ate 1/2 to make sure we could bring the rest home). We settled on the roasted salmon for her, getting asparagus instead of the normal side and I had the flatiron steak and truffled potatoes. Everything from the appetizers to the meal was prepared perfectly and served at just the right time. Great meal, great ambiance (we were around 5:30pm on a Friday night so the crowd wasn’t there yet).

Sean was the perfect waiter. He was attentive but not overly so. He was knowledgeable of special offerings and served properly. Our meals were prepared to specifications. The food dishes were attractive, and the whole meal delectable. Will return soon.

This is always an amazing dining experience. Fantastic food. Amazing staff.
