I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bincho Boss with a group of eight, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our table was ready and that we had everything we needed. The menu at Bincho Boss is incredibly diverse, with a wide range of traditional Japanese dishes to choose from. We opted to share a variety of small plates, including edamame, gyoza, and tempura, all of which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The highlight of our meal, however, was the complimentary additional chicken teriyaki that the chef generously provided. The dish was tender, juicy, and smothered in a rich, savory sauce that complemented the other flavors on the table perfectly. Throughout our meal, the service was top-notch.
