Exceptional Dining at Prime 1024 – A Must-Visit! The host was friendly and welcoming We started with the robiola pizza, which was perfectly crisp with rich, creamy cheese—a fantastic way to kick off the meal. The sushi rolls were fresh, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavor, adding a delightful touch of variety. For the main courses, the porterhouse was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, while the rack of lamb was tender with a beautifully seasoned crust(both served in hot black stone and table side cut). Lobster Pasta was Divine ,The side dishes were just as impressive—the Brussels sprouts had a perfect char, and the creamy truffle spinach was an indulgent, flavorful complement to the meal. To top it all off, dessert was a decadent treat, and the selection of red wine paired beautifully with our dishes, enhancing every bite. The ambiance is elegant yet inviting, making it perfect for a special night out. The service was attentive and knowledgeable, adding to an already fantastic experience. We were celebrating a birthday and Charlie by the way has a great singing voice If you’re looking for a restaurant that offers high-quality food, a great atmosphere, and top-notch service, Prime 1024 is a must-visit. Benoit, Giovanni, and the rest of the team at Rothmann's are incredible. It's the little things that they do right that make the rest of the experience truly exceptional. My wife and I went there to celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary (24 years together) and the food was exceptional but the service is what sets Rothmann's apart. This is our new favorite steakhouse and will come here to celebrate special occasions and milestones.
