Every aspect of the celebratory birthday dinner at Ocean Prime for my dear friend was perfect. The greeting and professionalism of the valet gentlemen started the evening on the right foot. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my 6pm reservation, and the hostesses immediately greeted me with smiles and accommodations. They said we already have your table ready and directed me to a large comfortable booth to wait for my birthday guest. Upon his arrival, my amazing waiter, Raphael, arranged for us to have our own truffle popcorn and their delicious specialty drinks (bubbles and berries). Raphael is an extraordinary maître d!!! His meal and dessert suggestions were on point and delicious. The two sushi dishes (Ocean Rolls and Dynamite Rolls), the Chilean Sea Bass, the King Salmon, dinner drinks (Smoked Old Fashioned and Hot & Dirty), and birthday celebratory desserts (Chocolate Peanut Butter and Warm Butter Cake) we’re SCRUMDELICIOUS!!! My friend and I were treated extremely well and thoroughly pleased with the experience. Many thanks to all involved.

On a delightful outing, I ventured in for a quick meal with a family member who had just flown in from out of state. Eager to sample a bit of everything, we opted for the all-you-can-eat option, and it certainly lived up to its promise. Our experience was a feast for the senses, from the enticing display of dishes on the table to the engaging cooking experience right before our eyes. The restaurant buzzed with a constant flow of delicious food, making it feel like a celebration at every turn. Our attentive waitress ensured we were well taken care of, adding to the warmth of our dining experience. The overall experience of the Hamilton was amazing. Several of our party have food allergies and they accommodated all of us. The food was amazing. Alexandra our server was the best server we encountered all week in DC and the Hamilton is our favorite restaurant. The standouts were the “boots with the fur” cocktail, sweet potato hummus, all out entrees, and the bread pudding and apple galette. Highly recommend!

Our server SJ was so good! Food was great as usual. French toast was a hit. Drinks were good and just as SJ recommended.

Upon entering the restaurant, it took a while for someone to greet and acknowledge my family, which was a bit disappointing. However, once we were seated, everything was amazing. The food was excellent, and the ambience was quite pleasant. Overall, a wonderful dining experience despite the initial wait.
