This place is everything they say. Dustin, one of the managers, was attentive knowledgeable and walked us through the best things they had that were the best flavor and value. Josh our sushi chef made each item with delicate details. The flavor was out of this world. Can’t wait to come back. Def need to make reservations! Toro hand roll was delectable!

Attentive staff. Nice decor. Delicious … fried rice! For real! And a bone-in pork chop and scallops that came with grape tomatoes and a sauce that was one of the tastiest things I’ve ever had. Cocktail was well balanced.

Relaxed atmosphere, Nick was a wonderfully friendly and a attentive server. The menu had unusual pairings for sushi lovers. Try the purple moon for dessert you won’t be disappointed.

Great addition to the Park City dining scene. Fun prix fixe menu. Looking forward to watching them grow.

We continued our many-year tradition of eating at Blind Dog on Christmas Eve. The staff was over-the-top this year with personalized service in knowing what we like. We are so grateful to Blind Dog for helping to make our Christmas Eve so special and celebratory!
