    1 appetizer and 4 dinners...all excellent. The avocado bomb app was so good...sauce is a bit spicy so next time I will ask for it on the side. My Samurai roll fresh and excellent. Hubby's shrimp teriyaki was flavorful with a lot of shrimp. Will definitely be back!!

    What a difference a few years makes! We are longtime customers and did not have the best experience when management changed a few years ago. Now gyu kaku is back and better! The filet mignon and hanger steak were cut well. We got the beef sukiyaki and garlic fried rice, and both were delicious. Service was prompt, and our waiter made sure to check in on us. Overall I am super happy that gyu kaku is like the one I knew pre pandemic, and I will come back when possible! Would definitely recommend making a reservation ahead of time.

    We went for Valentine’s Day since we were in town for the championship parade. We had a wonderful experience. Ambiance was great, food was delicious, and the prices were a good value. We look forward to going again when we’re back in Philly.
