Best Japanese Restaurants in Plymouth Meeting

The staff was very attentive and the food was presented beautifully and was equally as delicious. Our group was there for a birthday lunch and our server went out of his way to serve our birthday girl mochi ice cream with a flower and birthday sign on the plate. It was a very kind extra step that none of us were expecting.

Great K-BBQ experience - the grills were nicely maintained, the shrimp was fantastic, the squid was great, the sushi selection for the regular level was fantastic and delicious. Only part that needs a little improvement is ordering - love the idea of the app, but not a fan of some of the unclarity. For example - you order one portion for the table, not per person. We did this and it worked, but I saw people making this mistake because of the unclarity in the app.

Went here for a Valentines date and it was more than perfect! Great setting for a romantic date and a unique dining experience. Food came out really quick especially for a busy holiday and the servers were kind and educated on their menu! We will be back ASAP

Our server was so lovely and the food was delicious as always. My only complaint is that we were sat at a high top next to the bar, and there was a group of people huddled right next to our table and standing up behind the bar stools. They were blocking the walkway for the server and also so close to our table that we couldn’t really hear each other at times. The men in the group were really loud and obnoxious on top of being in everyone’s way. I’m also a server so I found it really annoying that people were standing around the bar like that in such a narrow space. Management needs to be on top of that for the server’s sake because I felt really bad watching all the servers and support staff struggling to get around the group of people.

Back to the old Benihana experience I’m used to! Great food and service. It struggled a bit the last couple of years which seemed to be due to a staffing shortage, but that seems to have been resolved.
