- BBillLas Vegas •322 reviews5.0Dined on 24 Dec 2024QUICK REVIEW: Outstanding food, service. Prices are high, but worth it. Ambiance - depends on where you sit, but the decor is amazing. Solid 4.8 Stars. Would we go back? YES. LONGER REVIEW: We are Vegas locals who got together for a family dinner and picked Wakuda. SERVICE: Seated promptly at reservation time, but at a less than desirable table. Right at the junction of where people enter in the main dining room. Vincent - our main server - was Outstanding. He was there when you needed him with great advice to boot. Food service was well paced. FOOD and DRINKS: Lychee Martini, Red wine by the Glass (nice selection), and a Yokohama Old Fashioned. Very tasty. Wine and Sake list is extensive. All to Table Share: Unagi Roll, Wagyu Roll, A5 Wagyu appetizer, Gyoza, Salmon, Shrimp Skewers and Wakuda Wings. Very, very yummy; everything was cooked and prepared to perfection. We did share two desserts, don't miss the Shaved ice with ice cream. OVERALL: YES, we would go back. The only downside was the table - even though we requested a booth and made the reservation 30+ days ahead of time, we had probably the worst table in the restaurant, and the manager could not reseat us. That being said, the Food and Service - with the decor - more than made up.More infoWakuda Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• The Strip•4.7
