I started in my grandfather’s restaurant & worked my way up to running one of the most successful restaurants in NYC - Patsy’s Italian Restaurant. My grandfather worked his way up in the restaurant industry in the 1930's and '40s and in 1942 opened his first Italian restaurant, The Sorrento. When it came time to name our new restaurant, we decided on IL Sorrento in honor of my grandfather. I know my grandparents & my mom are smiling down on us with approval. I've lived in Westchester since 1984 & have always dreamed about opening an Italian restaurant here .. now the dream is a reality. My family & I believe that having a successful restaurant is a simple formula - give people what they want: Good Food, Good Service and Good Value. Always a delicious meal! The dips and pita were fresh and creamy. The filet mignon kabobs and rice with dried cherries and pistachios was perfectly cooked and the rice was fragrant and tasty. Service is always excellent but not obtrusive

Everything about our dining experience was top notch. Especially enjoyed tempura and beet salad as appetizers and pork dish as main entree. Service was excellent, very attentive and generous. One of the best restaurants in Westchester.
