Best Northwest American Restaurants in Ilwaco

Restaurant is beautiful d relaxing. Server was attentive without being intrusive. Food was delicious. Highly recommend.

My server was a delightful lady. She made several menu item suggestions which were “spot on” for my taste and made sure I enjoyed the special occasion I was seeking when I booked the reservation.

Great Dining experience! Not a good place if you're in a hurry but, if you want a relaxing, delicious meal,, this is perfect. The food and the preparation were amazing!

You go to Shelburne Pub for the atmosphere and experience. It likely won't be your fastest meal--especially if it gets busy--but drinking and dining in the oldest operating hotel in Washington is absolutely worth it. As part of the Adrift group, the menu and food preparation are exceptional. The staff are lovely and the drinks well-made. And dining in the almost 130 year old building is worth the visit, alone. Admittedly, the Shelburne is a personal favorite. But if any of this sounds intriguing, then you should make a point of stopping in.
