Best Northwest American Restaurants in Parkland

food was excellent, room was beautiful, very chic. the service was unbelievable, really one of the best experiences we have had.

The view of the Seattle skyline is amazing. The restaurant ambiance is very warm and intimate. The staff is very hospitable and knowledgeable. The food items were prepared as requested and the flavor was awesome!

For starters we had their Hamachi and chanterelle mushroom soup.. and for main courses the black cod and the squab (which is basically a pigeon)… both didn’t disappoint. When it came time for dessert we settled on the crème brule cake and the hibiscus red wine poached pear… that’s when our tastes buds just exploded… wow wow wow… props to their chefs… definitely coming again.

We had an attentive waitress who was knowledgeable about the menu and made good recommendations. The noise was a little bothersome at first but there was great energy in the place so it’s a trade off I could get past. The food was excellent. The cocktail was delicious. I highly recommend taking an Uber/Lyft. The parking on the side streets on a Friday night was maddening. The dining experience was worth it though. I will definitely go again.

We were seated right away and were served outstandingly…no complaints ! Food arrived within a short time of ordering and we weren’t rushed! Thank you to the staff and cooks 5star💥
