- BBeatrixvipMiami - Dade •9 reviews5.0Dined todayWe were repeat visitors at the old Francesco from 2008 until it closed; our experience at the new Francesco was everything we expected: great ambiance, staff who were very knowledgeable about the menu, attention without intrusion and of course an excellent culinary experience! For appetizers we had the ceviche, which was easily the best we've had anywhere and the Tiradito Francesco was delicious. We highly recommend you visit this restaurant!More infoFrancescoPrice: Very Expensive• Peruvian• Coral Gables•4.8
- BBeatrizvipMiami - Dade •4 reviews5.0Dined todayCipriani was great with wine recs and knowledgeable. Our waiter was from Peru and was also on point with the recommendations. We were a large group and all had different cuts of meats. They were all cooked to perfection. The service was amazing and I know they also get their meats from the distributor meat giants and they too are amazing!More infoPlatea Prime Steakhouse & Ceviche BarPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Pinecrest•4.9

- EElizabethMiami - Dade •13 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoVisited for dinner on a Friday night. We had reservations and were seated quickly on the outdoor patio. The server, Maria, was wonderful. She was very thorough, explaining the menu and the special of the night which was a delicious risotto. We had a few dishes including the chaufa de pollo, pork belly bao buns, ceviche tradicional, and ceviche callejero. All were very good. We also had a couple of espresso martinis at just $7 each. Great food and service. Highly recommended.More infoPisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar - Coral GablesPrice: Moderate• Peruvian• West Miami•4.7

Anthony was our host, thankfully I was bilingual, as his native tongue was spanish and he did speak English (my guest did not speak Spanish). Other than slight improvement, food was delicious.
