The customer service couldn’t have been better as we were delayed past our reservation and the management was understanding, pleasant, and accommodating…saving our reserved table.70th birthdays celebration having also dined with Lou’s for 50 years! Food was delicious as we hoped and expected.Service was friendly and very attentive. We were even treated to birthday desserts! Couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable reunion with Malnatti’s to celebrated landmark birthdays.

Pizza Portofino is one of my favorite spots in the city. The garlic bread and truffle pizza (request hot honey, trust me) are GAME CHANGER. I went with a few friends and we all agreed that they both redefined garlic bread and pizza (at least in Illinois) respectively. Great service and great vibes!
