Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time here. Thank you, Colwyn, and the entire team at Nightingale for such a memorable experience. We’ll be back! Great experience! Fun atmosphere, great service, cute and tasty drinks! It was a Christmas theme and was definitely festive. The food was excellent, tasting homemade rather than store-bought. The only downside was the music, which was incredibly loud. I liked it loud and energetic, but it was too much.
