- PPaulWashington, D.C. Area •1 review4.0Dined 7 days agoIf you are looking for a fancy presentation or over-staged dinner, this isn't your place. But if you want an authentic atmosphere and home cooking, this is it. It is not geared for tourists or would-be connoisseurs, this is a German restaurant where Germans enjoy food and company and community. Fun and funny.More infoApfelweinwirtschaft WagnerPrice: Moderate• German• Sachsenhausen-Nord•4.5

- OTOpenTable DinerVIPPortland / Oregon •5 reviews5.0Dined on 21 Oct 2024This restaurant is located in a beautiful area with a bird’s eye view of downtown Frankfurt. Our selections, from the starters (ravioli and beef tea) to the mains (pork cheek, although slightly over done on the duck), to the desserts (brûlée and nougat) were both beautifully presented and tasted great. We had the restaurant to ourselves and the service was great. It is spendy, but for a special night out to remember, it is worth it.More infoLandgut FalkensteinPrice: Very Expensive• Regional German• Koenigstein im Taunus•4.8

- TToyatexDallas - Fort Worth •11 reviews5.0Dined on 31 Mar 2024Our family of five came for Easter. It was a set menu of three courses with a choice of meat, fish, or vegetarian main course. They accommodated our gluten-free request for one of the meals. The food was exquisite, both in taste and presentation. The portions were just right. The service was outstanding, and ambience delightful. The staff was friendly, personable, and professional. What a gorgeous setting in the forest—a tastefully and elegantly decorated dining hall and lovely gardens. If I had to name a small flaw, it would be that the soup was a little too hot. But that was insignificant! It was delicious, as was everything else. We will be back again the next time we visit Wiesbaden.More infoRestaurant Villa im TalPrice: Expensive• Global, International• Mitte•4.8
