Best Seafood Restaurants in Bay Harbor Islands

This place is Phuc-ing phenomenal in every way. Was the food phenomenal? Phuc yea! Was the service exceptional? Phuc yea! Were the vibes, decor, and music on point? Phuc yea! Our party of 7 ordered almost everything on the menu and each dish was FIRE: PY Noodles, Dumplings, Broccoli Bao (my fave), Octopus, Eggplant, Chicken Wings (runner up fave), Papaya Salad, Watermelon salad, Million Dollar Rice, The Duck, The Short Rib, several orders of Tostones (because they were thin and crispy and perfection). Every single thing was fresh and delicious and every person at that dinner loved it all. Tough to find a venue that checks all the boxes and pleases a group - well this place exceeded my expectations in every way. Arionne, our server, took amazing care of us and made our experience rock solid. Get your life together and go visit this place ASAP. And when ppl ask you if it was good, you'll say the same thing as me.. Phuc yea!

I’ve visited The Palm a few times. Very traditional venue and menu. Well delivered, though: Great food and amazing wine list! While our server was excellent and very helpful, there’s something about the overall experience that leaves me feeling a bit out of place. My wife and I, in our early thirties and not originally from the U.S., have noticed that the typical clientele leans older, more traditional. Unfortunately, this sense of being different felt amplified during our most recent visit. Despite our efforts to engage and enjoy the atmosphere, it seemed like other guests were given preference, making us feel overlooked. The host’s reaction — both this time and on previous occasions — came across as dismissive, almost as if we didn’t quite belong. This lack of warmth made our experience less welcoming, even though we had every intention of enjoying our time there. We acknowledge that we may not be the target audience, but we hope for a more inclusive and respectful approach in the future.

Really lovely food here and very calm ambience when sitting outside. We have eaten here many times and have never had a bad meal.

Started out @ the bar— had an enjoyable conversation with Nicholas who is not only an expert bartender he is also a genuine gentleman! We sat outside to enjoy our belated anniversary celebration. Marisa (I hope I captured her correct name) was an outstanding server who was not only kind but extremely knowledgeable regarding the menu— and as a vegetarian I was extremely impressed. Both of our dinners were prepared and presented in an extremely pleasing manner. We both thoroughly enjoyed our dinner! I must commend the restaurant for having an extremely cordial and competent staff— everyone we came in contact was very friendly and kind. Thank you for making our celebration memorable and special. We look forward to returning to the hotel in the near future!

Eloy and ALL of our servers were AWESOME! Our 1st time here to celebrate my birthday. The owner, James came over to our table at the end of our meal to introduce himself and we spoke for a few minutes and it is obvious that his team, follows his lead. We have added this place to our favorites 🥰
