- JJenifferVIPPhoenix / Arizona •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoIt was our first time to this restaurant. Overall the experience was amazing! The ambiance was great. The food was delicious! We loved the lobster soup and butter cake! Our server(Ally) was amazing she’s always there and all the SA’s are very attentive. I would definitely go back.More infoMastro's City Hall SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Old Town Scottsdale•4.7
- JJimCoastal Georgia •11 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe celebrated our 32nd Wedding anniversary, and as usual, the experience at Elements was outstanding. Our server was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful without being intrusive. The ambiance and surroundings are superb. Our starters and entrees were exceptional, and the chef's anniversary dessert was out of this world. Overall, a 5-Star experience. My only complaint- and this is about almost every restaurant we've patronized lately- was the inappropriate music selection--much too contemporary and improper for a fine dining experience. Please use simple background jazz at a lower volume. Your guests will appreciate it!More infoelements at Sanctuary Camelback MountainPrice: Very Expensive• American• Scottsdale•4.4
- BBillPhoenix / Arizona •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWell at first did not start good as Host/ Hostess tried to sit us in back room in a secluded dining area which has no ambience and although gave you a raving review last time because our waiter was so good, this was the second time this seating was an issue! Had we not already had a reservation I could possibly understand but it is a horrible atmosphere back in that room!!! Treat regular guests with dine dignity would be my suggestion. I did not rate the service excellent because of poor service but based on the fact our waiter was having to bartend and wait our table is allot to ask of your staff. It was exceptionally busy night since many were celebrating Valentines Day early so staff accordingly, please! Food was great, as always to date! Better planning for volume of business should be executed based on number of reservations and a well celebrated holiday for couples. We’ll be back just listen to your audience better and plan staff wise more effectively…More infoSeasons 52 - PhoenixPrice: Expensive• American• Biltmore•4.7

- LLangleyPhoenix / Arizona •9 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoAlex, Our server - and all others - were exceptional. From the music, the volume, the lighting, and the excellent food … a wonderful way to spend an evening out. We were intrigued by Dr Pompa’s short video saying he had found excellent food in Phoenix, AZ and they used beef tallow for cooking! I did the Pompa Program detox about a year ago and never felt better, so I respect his opinion. Thank you for caring how you cook and for one of the most pleasant evenings out in years.More infoTarbell'sPrice: Expensive• American• Biltmore•4.8
