Yes she said clearly. When the meals came, the waitress asked if everything was okay before we had a chance to cut our meat. Ordered medium well and of the 4 steaks, my filet arrived RARE. Had to wait awhile, no less than 10 min, for the waitress to return and send the steak back. She insisted that she wrote down Med Rare. It was clear the mistake was on her and she never apologized for her mistake. I had to ask to have the Bernaise sauce remade so it wasn't stone cold. Very annoying to wait to eat all my sides with my steak. After this, the waitress offered us birthday desserts. We asked if they were free and she said yes. The bill came and we were charged for them. She again insisted that it was on the bill and it wasn't. Then she brings back the bill and only one dessert was removed. The communication was not clear and perhaps it was bc we were celebrating 2 birthdays. Being transparent would have been appreciated. We left her a full 20% tip although she didn't deserve it and my meal was quite disappointing. The rest of the meals were good.More infoDel Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.8

Beet salad and lamb chops were excellent. Drinks and dessert were excellent.More infoEddie V's - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Downtown•4.9

I especially liked the key lime pie! The server was beyond excellent! He went above & beyond in making sure we enjoyed everything and took some amazing pictures of us on the staircase.More infoGrand ConcoursePrice: Moderate• Seafood• Downtown•4.3
- PPriscillaPittsburgh •1 review5.0Dined on 25 Dec 2024This was my daughter and my first time there, especially for Christmas day. It was excellent. The ambience of the restaurant was very modern Amid the high skyscrapers of Pittsburgh. we enjoyed watching the Steelers game while we had a nice glass of wine waiting for our meal. Our waitress is very kind and punctual and did a lot to help my daughter register for the restaurant club. The mocha affogato chocolate liqueur was excellent. And our desserts were the best we’ve had at any restaurant. We plan to go back soon and try their steak dinners. I highly recommend that you all go and try this restaurant. You will not be disappointed at all.More infoMcCormick & Schmick's Seafood - Pittsburgh DowntownPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Downtown•4.1
- KKevinSan Francisco Bay Area •11 reviews5.0Dined on 25 Dec 2024Amazing Christmas dinner! We had a great time. We started with the Crab Cakes, which were cooked perfectly with lots of crab meat and a delicious corn salad and spicy aioli. Then we moved on to delicious French Onion Soup and King Crab Corn Bisque. Both soups were fresh and wonderfully seasoned. Our entrees were the Bison Filet and the Medaliins of Filet. The bison was cooked just as we wanted it, and the sauces on the medallions were delightful. We ended the meal with a huge piece of delicious carrot cake. It was so rich and luscious that we even had to take some home. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a special dinner with exceptional food and service. John was very attentive and made the experience even better. Great job. We will be back!!More infoEddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef & Seafood - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Downtown•4
