Seemed every meal was rushed as in if you ordered a steak dinner the steak would be burnt on the outside and cold on the inside and the sides that came with it would either be extremely hot or cold. The wait staff seemed rushed. Calabrese was a great combination of the way restaurants should be. The welcome from your staff was warm and professional. The waiter we had was very friendly and not rushed. He was very educated about what menu. And about what his job was. Everything came out as advertised and told to us. From the start to finish. Even Theo we weren’t rushed we were only there less than 2 hours with the valentines dinner menu. Most restaurants should offer menus on a regular basis to make the restaurant experience easier and less stress. The server was Kiley and she was as sweet as could be, called us by our names the entire time, was very attentive without being at the table too much. The Chef came by and visited with us and said hello to everyone at the other tables as well and let me tell you about the food. It’s beyond amazing! We had the Steak Salerno and Tuna appetizer, snapper and grouper special and cream brûlée. One of the best meals we’ve ever had! They offered two different options depending on the time of day, which was nice. We had the pork chop bites appetizer, which was very good. The Valentines Day dinner was excellent. We both had the cheese cake, and it was excellent. It was some of the best we have had. The ambiance was nice. We did like the wine tower where you can see them pull wine from. There are plenty of staff to wait on you and our waiter was excellent. He made sure everything arrived in a timely manner. We had a great valentines dinner here. The only thing worth mentioning is on special occasion days expect a long wait, even with a reservation. But that being said, it's worth the wait.
