Best Seafood Restaurants in Ocean Beach

Avery was amazing! She was super patient with my Mom’s high maintenance drink order and took excellent care of us throughout the whole dining experience.

Went to celebrate girlfriend's Birthday and exceeded expectations. Food was delicious, atmosphere was prefect, sat outside with the heaters and was comfortable. Desiree was awesome! Took great care of us and treated us like family. Highly recommend for special occasions or date night.

Get the Japanese sweet potatoes, I promise you will not be disappointed! So amazing! The drinks were great, my BF loved his oysters. Their bread is next level. The grouper with mis soy sauce was just ok for us. Not very flavourful, and it's not fully cooked, which for my BF was fine, but for me was inedible, just bc the texture was not pleasing on top of the lack of flavor. Everything else those exceeded our expectations! Can't wait to go back!

From the moment we walked in the hostess was amazing. She accommodated our early arrival and was super helpful in getting us seated at the bar, while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Our waitress in the bar, Erica, recommended happy hour drinks, and was super kind and welcoming! Our waiter, when our whole party arrived and was seated for dinner, Jacob, was also very kind and patient with our large group. We will certainly be back, as this is a staple restaurant whenever we’re in the San Diego area.

Finally a FRESH SEAFOOD DOWN TO EARTH CLASSY Restaurant that provides the ultimate in freshness in every ingredient tasted this night. My wife and I frequent seafood restaurants all over the Pacific including Maui and other neighboring islands. Only one that came close is Merrimans' not Mama's. The Fishery is the Real Deal and Thanks to the wonderful mind and hard work of the Owner and its' hard workers and especially the Chef who have nailed this hard to please type of cuisine and preparation....
