Best Seafood Restaurants in Cross Plains

Everything was excellent; three of us had the bone in Ribeye with the bone marrow butter and all three steaks were cooked perfectly. Another one of our group had the filet which was also perfect. One had the a spicy shrimp over linguine dish which was also very good. The ONLY slight disappointment was the strawberry schaum torte. It seemed to be tackier/chewier than the last time I had it. It was sticking to my teeth which I don't recall from the first time I ordered it.

Our meal was excellent and the service was great. It was quite dim in the restaurant and without a small lamp or something like that on the table my parents had to use their phones to read the menus. It was not too loud which was nice and the meal did not feel rushed. The wedge salad was to die for and the steak/scallop special was mouth watering.

Consistently fine quality, in food, presentation, and service. The menu offers so many interesting options, and the flavors are beautifully chosen to make each plate distinctive. When we order beef as we did tonight it hit medium rare masterfully! Coopers has been a favorite of ours since 2016, across many states, and the Middleton, WI venue lives up to the high standards set by the company.

Cozy and intimate tables, inviting bar, perfect restaurant for romantic dates or special occasions. Food was expertly prepared to our specifications, using high quality fresh ingredients. Very good wine and cocktail menu, excellent service. What’s not to love about Ruth’s Chris?
