The owners understand the hospitality industry. They view the entire dining experience as a canvas to be filled in. First comes the ambiance brushstroke. Tables, lighting, Pompeii brick wall, and every holiday is treated with beautiful tasteful decorations. Next is the service brushstroke. An army of attentive workers cater to your every need, dining specials, drink orders, bread basket, boom, boom, boom, or should I say, in keeping with the painting analogy, brush, brush, brush. Finally, and most importantly, the food brushstroke. We ordered the insalada cesare, pollo al funghi, the pollo parmagiana, and lava cake for dessert. The best meal we ever enjoyed! ANYTHING with pesto is wonderful here! We brought friends here for the first time and they loved it. It’s small but doesn’t feel crowded. The specials are really special. It’s just got a great feel to it.
