Our owner Jimmy started Mt Fuji Japanese Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse back in 2005 as an small sushi restaurant. Since then we've won 2 awards from The Courier Post Readers Choice for one of the Best Sushi and Japanese Cuisine in South Jersey. Fast forward to 2013 we opened our Hibachi Grill section and ever since then it's been the go-to place for people that wants to have fun and watch an performance at the same time. Our menu has three sections one for sushi bar items, the second one for Japanese Cuisine and the third one for the Hibachi Grill. With over 30 years of experience in Japanese Cuisine with his specialty in sushi, Jimmy strives on perfecting the art of sushi making and is always makes sure that the ingredients used are all up to standards before cooking. That is our secret to why we were able to maintain our 4.0 and above reviews from all platforms!We are the only restaurant in Deptford that serves Sushi and have Hibachi performances!
