- DDanielVIPWashington, D.C. Area •7 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOutstanding experience. Drinks are crafted with care, hand-stuffed bleu cheese olives in martinis was a huge plus. We had the set Valentine's Day dinner. Oysters Rockefeller were outstanding, seasoned very nicely. Lobster bisque and seared sea scallops were tremendous. Strip steak was cooked perfectly with garlic butter. We ordered the lobster mac and cheese as a side--delicious. Olive oil cake with whipped cream for desert was fabulous. Maria, our server, was outstanding. Very professional, polite, and accommodating. She could not have been better, really made the whole experience special.More infoThe Red Fox Inn & TavernPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Middleburg•4.7

Veronica made sure that coffee and breakfast got to us perfectly. Milk and honey is fantastic!More infoMilk and Honey - DullesPrice: Moderate• American• Dowell•4.3
- DDemetriasWashington, D.C. Area •7 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoGeorgia Brown’s in Washington, DC, provided an unforgettable dining experience. We visited for a double date with my husband’s twin brother and his wife, and the romantic atmosphere set the perfect tone. We had a 5:30 pm reservation and were seated promptly, even though we arrived five minutes early. Our waiter was attentive and offered great recommendations. The appetizers—deviled eggs and fried green tomatoes—were a pleasant surprise. I’m usually not a fan of fried green tomatoes, but these were perfectly breaded and fried. For the main course, I had the red snapper, which was served whole with the head on, perfectly seasoned, and the meat was light and flaky. My husband and brother-in-law enjoyed the lamb chops, which they said were cooked to perfection, and my sister-in-law praised the salmon. We also loved the fruit punch mocktail and peach cobbler for dessert. The combination of delicious food, cozy ambiance, and excellent service made for a memorable evening. My brother-in-law said I picked a great spot, and we’ll definitely be returning!More infoGeorgia Brown'sPrice: Expensive• Low Country• Downtown•4.3
- SSusanVIPWashington, D.C. Area •40 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI got the Valentine's special - Appetizer, main course, and dessert. There were so many good choices that it was difficult to decide. The deviled eggs were good. The salmon w. carrots and rice was excellent, along w. the apple bread pudding w. homemade vanilla ice cream. The service was excellent and very pleasant and prompt in spite of a birthday party taking place in the larger room and other diners coming and going. The overall experience was quite good and well worth more visits. The 3 course special for $30 was well worth it.More infoHamrock's RestaurantPrice: Moderate• American• Fairfax•4.6
