They married and began to envision that someday they would open a restaurant of their own. The restaurant’s first business plan was written at their dining room table on an electric typewriter. We had a reservation at 11:00am for Sunday Brunch, but arrived at 11:02am 😲 Upon entry, we were seated right away. The waitress came about 2 mins. and started us with drinks and water. Our food didn’t take long to come out. I ordered the Traditional Chicken and Waffles without the caramel sauce. Everything was good. The ambience was great! The price was affordable.

Josh the Bartender was excellent. He is very hospital and gave good recommendations. We almost stayed at the bar. Nina was a great waitress. Overall experience was perfect. Will definitely be back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Succotash. We had a nice table in a corner and the service was exceptional. Our server was very attentive, polite and professional. He made sure that the food flowed at an appropriate pace and that our water glasses were always topped off, and the table was kept clean. The food was delicious! I had a salad, catch of the day and hummingbird cake all of which was fantastic. My husband had corn bread and shrimp and grits, which he also thoroughly enjoyed. .
