You could say: “Yardbird is hands down one of my favorite restaurants to dine at. The ambiance is incredible, the service is always impeccable, and the food? Absolutely stellar. My go-to dish is the St. Louis Ribs—they’re perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The collard greens are exceptional, reminiscent of my mother’s cooking, and the skillet cornbread is the cherry on top. As a food critic, I pride myself on honesty, and I can confidently give Yardbird a 10 out of 10. They consistently deliver an outstanding dining experience and never miss the mark.”

The food was savory and delicious and our server was attentive and wonderful. We had the deviled eggs, hush puppies, and ham and pimento cheese crudeté for appetizers. For entrees we had the fried chicken sandwich, the burger with old bay mac’n’cheese as a side, and the shrimp and grits. I recommend everything, but especially the mac’n’cheese and the shrimp and grits!

Extremely high-quality barbecue, with a surprisingly robust and well thought out brunch menu. In fact, I’d argue this is one of the best brunches around. Definitely try the bacon.
