419 West was opened to the public in May of 2002 by Roger Neel Jr. and Al Pollard, the same operators that started Corned Beef and Company and Frankie Rowland's Steak House. The building was remodeled to the current state with the addition of a perfect dome in the middle of the dining room, a hand built mahogany bar, two private dining rooms, and a state of the art "open" kitchen. I tried Tori Blue for the 1st time the other day! I had an amazing experience! Food tasted and looked amazing. The ambience was soothing and relaxing. My waitress Erin was so sweet and great to talk to. Highly recommend treating yourself here.

My forth time eating here. Three of us had the same entree, the saracha salmon. It was very good! Done just right, served over mashed potatoes which were a tiny bit cool but still ok. Our waitress was attentive and gave us space to visit and enjoy some wine.
