Best Southern American Restaurants in Versailles

Went here for a new year day dinner. The food was presented well but the flavors were just off for our tastes. I ordered chicken and it seemed to be undercooked, my opinion. The service was excellent and the offerings were varied. Ate here in the past for brunch and was super pleased and will continue to come here for weekend brunch.........try it. Overall worth a try.

Four of us, drinks and appetizers. The oysters and sweet potato beignets were excellent but the star of the show was the cheese curds. All of our entrees were just right. Pork chop, shrimp and grits, chicken x 2. Delicious! Our waitress was a tad slow on the uptake but the manager checked on us and made everything go smoothly. Kasey is pretty amazing! Think Honeywood will be a favorite.

Lovely quiet Christmas Eve dinner with family. Joyce, our server, was just lovely. Food was delicious as was the wine. Lovely addition to the dinner scene in the Lex!

Delicious meal. There was a performer who set up and played music. He was so incredibly loud, we couldn’t talk amongst ourselves at the table.

Our waiter created a beautiful experience with his enthusiasm for the menu. His suggestions were spot and the food preparation was excellent. Full of flavor and delicious!
