Best Spanish Restaurants in Downtown Summerlin

All “plates” delicious. Especially liked the “Firefly Salad”. The filet could have been more tender, but was very flavorful. Service was exceptional. Ambiance was perfect. Energetic.

We had a 5:30 reservation on Christmas Eve, were greeted warmly by everyone, and were seated immediately. I haven't been to Vegas in over 30 years and was surprised to see how many fine restaurants are essentially in malls and casinos. Bazaar Mar is beautifully appointed, but I will admit, it took me a while to adjust to the fact that part of my view was of a shopping mall. That being said, our experience was superb. We opted for Jose's Creative Experience at $275 a head, and feel we made an excellent choice. Our waiter John was incredibly knowledgably and enthusiastic. Hubby's cocktail was smoked table side to start our culinary journey. Where to begin? I think there were 14 courses in all. It's hard to pick a favorite, but some highlights.... The Jamón Ibérico was like butter...salty, ham flavored butter! Also LOVED the tempura red snapper, the lobster salad, and the Anchoas Don Bocarte (which was essentially toast slathered with butter and whole anchovies) The pacing was perfect, start to finish we were there for 3 fantastic hours. It was an incredibly creative, memorable meal. Even at $275 a head, we felt we got incredible value. Bravo!!!

Very nice food, chef came to our table with a dessert that wasn’t even on the menu. Delicious!!

amazing experience. everything from the host at the start of dinner to every single plate ordered, servers kept coming back to check on things attentively, and everything was insanely tasty. five star experience!

Food and service was amazing. It was a little loud from the casino crowd but otherwise a top notch, delicious experience.
