It has several dining areas both inside and out, so it has an intimate atmosphere despite lots of diners. The service is always excellent. The wine list is also a pleasure, but we always get Molly Dooker The Boxer Shiraz, which the waiter always prepares just right. The food is awesome with daily seafood specials. They are very good about special diets.More infoELA'S On the WaterPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Hilton Head•4.6
- BBobSouth Carolina •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoGreat dinner at Pearl! We arrived on time and were greeted pleasantly and shown to our table. The service was pleasant and not hurried. Our Server brought warm bread with olive oil and balsamic with the water. The Cakebread Chardonnay was very nice. She ordered the grouper and a mixed green salad while I ordered the wedge salad and seafood stew. The salads were large portions and served as good appetizers. Her grouper was beautiful and tasted accordingly. I've loved seafood stews - coppino, boulibaise, etc. since I first had one in San Francisco. Pearl's May River Seafood stew is as good as I've had - in a word Wonderful. The shrimp, scallops, and fish were all first quality, but it's the broth that makes a stew and this orange saffron laced recipe is some of the best I've ever tasted. Come hungry. The portions are substantial!More infoThe PearlPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Bluffton•4.8
