Best Steak Restaurants in New Hope

Great first time experience. The food and service was amazing . I have nothing bad to say about this place .

We had a wonderful post holiday meal at Ruth’s Chris in Princeton. We have been to this location several times and hadn’t been in awhile. The food is always great but sometimes the service at this location has been off, but not last night. Our server Sarah was excellent! She was friendly, very professional and super efficient. Our filets were cooked to perfection and the sides were delicious as well. It was a great experience and we will be back.

Three of us ordered strip and ribeye steaks, medium. We all enjoyed them and judging from the leftover fat on the plate, these were lean cuts. Crab cocktail was generous and very tasty. The onion soup was rich and flavorful. It was early evening on a Sunday, the parking lot was almost full and the crowd was moderate and by the time we left at 8, most diners had left. If you have not dined here, give it a try.

We absolutely loved our dinner! Owner is very nice and the food is amazing and presented beautifully. Will be back next time we are in Lambertville.

This was my first holiday dining out since I lost my mother who was my every holiday expert cook and host. At Sullivan’s Steakhouse, I received outstanding service, and I had an excellent dining experience. My server Maurice was thorough and provided me and my guest with a superior level of personalized service. The food was prepared as requested, seasoned well and five stars delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful. It was at a good holiday celebration noise level. And the few children I observed as present were well mannered and dressed nicely for the occasion. The manager Michael Pons Jr. was hands-on and very attentive to his restaurant guests. He made me feel like a valued customer. I left Sullivan’s Steakhouse feeling fantastic, so much so, that before turning in that night I made reservations for New Year’s Eve dining.
