Best Steak Restaurants in Newport

Thank you for a delightful evening where I may comfortably dine with my loved ones.

We had one of the best dinners we’ve had in years on the lovely patio of the Drake. The halibut and the salmon were outstanding, as were the charred broccolini, string beans, potatoes, beet salad, and beautiful chocolate dessert. The live jazz was beautiful. The service could not have been more friendly, gracious and professional. We returned for another delicious dinner with family members the same week as our first one, and now everyone in the family is lobbying to be part of the next dinner at The Drake. This is a very special experience.

Date night and we love going to see Ricardo and team when we dine at Legends Steak and Seafood. That is is exactly what we had! Scampi Sole and Filet. Nice wine selection of Jordan Chard and a dirty bombay martini. As always the place was busy and music was playing. Ricardo was very busy however he made sure we were delighted and satisfied with our meal. Anyone that has not experience the 5 star service and food is missing out. Highly recommend the staff and food ! If I would have had my phone I would have snapped a few pics. Next time. We are there at these a couple times a month.

We had a large dinner party of 11 people meeting and the Chart House was wonderful about providing a round view table so that we could all talk to each other without needing to shout down the length of a long table. Some of our party ordered 3-crse meals, which is a great deal at the Chart House (choice of appetizer, choice of entree, and a mini chocolate lava cake for dessert). Others ordered different appetizers and an entree. While some ordered an entree only. Basically, a server's nightmare trying to time what to serve when to whom, and our server did an amazing job. The only downside to the entire lovely dinner was the music is cranked up too high and drowns out conversation.

Always wonderful! Delicious food, apps and cocktails! Rooftop view is gorgeous and love the parrots and nancy the Tuscan as you walk in… a very special place.
