Wonderful menu and service. We ordered filet mignon, scallops, burrata cheese, roasted cauliflower, truffle fries, and two desserts. Cocktails were amazing!

Just everything about Black and Blue is exceptional. Food prepared to perfection, service is personal, expert, friendly, and quick, and even the tabletops are gorgeous! It really ranks with the very best in our experience, and we’ve experienced many top restaurants. To top it off, an exceptional value! So grateful to have such a wonderful restaurant nearby.

Wonderful experience at The Vineyard Rose at South Coast Winery. First time, and definitely not the last! We ate Dinner (the first night): ceviche tataki, seafood linguini, and filet dish - plus delicious brownie dessert; lunch the second: steak frites and SCW burger; and brunch for our third and final day: banana foster pancakes and chilaquiles. We LOVED single meal - quality ingredients, phenomenal preparation - worth the time we were there to enjoy. Grateful to be sat so timely and with a wonderful smile, the food recommendations by each server and how they work as a team to ensure water/ drinks are refilled, dishes are whisked away etc… was much appreciated! WELL DONE — we look forward to visiting you again and trying more of your incredible dishes.

My dinning experience has always met or exceeded my expectations. Never a bad meal. One of the few bars that serves Guinness, and does it well. It’s always a pleasure on warm days/nights to eat outdoors on the patio, but it’s also noisy. Just something to remember if you’re on a business lunch.
