Best Steakhouses in Carol Stream

This was my fourth Thanksgiving dinner at Perry's. The first time we sat in the dining room which was great but when we were leaving I took a tour of the bar area and loved the atmosphere there. The two fireplaces and mix of hightop tables, booths and regular tables is so inviting. The lighting and outdoor/indoor screening are perfect. You don't even notice that there are televisions. The food is always perfect. I have the filet mignon and it is always cooked perfectly. The spinach artichoke dip is so creamy and addicting. The wine list has a great variety to choose from and I had a sample of the Rose which I might try next time. I had the Dr Loosen Riesling that was just sweet enough for dinner. The Thanksgiving menu with turkey and the traditional sides looked really good but I just can't pass up an awesome filet mignon. Joel was our server and he was delightful, funny, smart and so kind. I am returning to Perry's in a few days to meet a friend for dinner. It is our favorite place to have delicious food in an energetic atmosphere.

Ate Thanksgiving dinner at Perry’s and my family was beyond impressed! Everything from the cocktails to the appetizers to our main courses and sides was delicious. Standouts were the ribeye, scallops appetizer, pork skewer appetizer and Paloma cocktail. Anthony was a phenomenal server and paced our meal out impeccably. Can’t wait to come back to try more delicious bites and cocktails at Perry’s!

Thanksgiving Day-the place was PACKED. We had a reservation and were, surprisingly, seated immediately. Our server, Peter, was phenomenal. Great friendly attitude, brought us things he knew we would need before we asked, made sure we were happy. Meals were served faster than we expected due to the crowd. The turkey dinner portions were huge and delicious. We could not have asked for a better experience!! Will definitely be back!

Being my first time ever not having a homecooked Thanksgiving dinner I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I may suggest no orange or much less orange in the cranberry sauce. And I believe as far as the sides for the turkey dinner, I would suggest gravy be on the table along with the other sides. Turkey was outstanding, gravy was outstanding the dressing, I might have seasoned more with sage and such but was certainly good. All and all a great experience. Everyone in our party enjoyed it! The only thing lacking was leftovers.
