Best Steakhouses in The Castro

We had a great experience at Mastro’s. From the delicious appetizers to the great service! Our server Anthony was very professional and friendly. He made our experience extra special along with the graciousness of the managers. Can’t wait to go back!

Really quiet and spacious, service is always outstanding they make sure to value their customers. Our waiter was excellent and he’s the reason I’d come back . Had a great experience and time with my girl Definitely recommend for those special evenings Please don’t be cheap , indulge in the luxury of life . It’s not an everyday dinner so enjoy !

Pan de queso, chicken skewer, ribeye steak, & yucca fries were absolutely delicious especially paired with one of their lovely wine options. The manager was very hospitable and knowledgeable. Restaurant has spacious options for bigger parties, I was surprised at how large the restaurant was in person. The ambiance was a little loud but who could blame them because the food is so great and I went on a busy Saturday night. I can't wait to go back.

We celebrated two birthdays and it was everyone’s first time. Our server Michael was incredibly knowledgeable but also super down to earth and made all of us feel comfortable. We don’t usually eat out and don’t have an extensive understanding of wines/ cuts of beef. All of his recommendations were spot on and I would definitely recommend Harris to anyone and everyone. The lobster was heavenly, the executive prime rib was OUT OF THIS WORLD, steak tartare was the best I’ve ever had, and the list goes on. I will definitely be coming back in the next few months! Sorry Maestro’s, we found a new place to dine out 🤣

I had an amazing experience at Niku. The attention to detail they have at this restaurant is impeccable. All the requests I made were honored which made my birthday feel extra special.
