    We had a fabulous experience from the coat check-in, to seating, to the meals. We had the cheese for two as starters, Caesar’s salad that was so good - the dressing was made tableside. Our steaks were made to perfection. I’ll definitely recommend Hy Steakhouse. The waiters were courteous and attentive. The overall experience is truly worthy of commendation.

    Booked dinner for my mom’s birthday. Bacon wrapped scallops to start were perfectly cooked - scallops can be easily overcooked. At server’s suggestion I split the massive 20 oz rib steak between my mom and I - it was perfectly done medium as ordered. Added scallops and shrimp on my mom’s portion of steak which she enjoyed immensely. Both portions of the steak were plated beautifully. It was an evening enjoyed by all. Topped off with the Billy Miner pie - of course!

The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend trying the prime ribs — they are simply outstanding and worth every bite. The service was top-notch: attentive, friendly, and professional. We will definitely be coming back!
