    Dining in this restaurant is always an enjoyable experience. The food is delicious and the ambience is lovely. Our server, Eleni, was attentive and personable. Our food was prepared perfectly. The manager, Luis, checked on the tables to inquire if all the customers were satisfied. Our valet, Lawrence, cordially greeted us upon entry and did not keep us waiting for our vehicle. We highly recommend this establishment.

    My filet mignon was tasty and cooked to perfection as were the two New York strips. The single T-bone was a mess, visually and taste wise. I will admit it was ordered well done, but so were the two strip steaks. It lay on the plate looking slightly shredded or so well done the meat was somewhat separated without being cut. By the time my guest complained, she had eaten some of it so I elected not to send it back. I hate to say it, but it looked like one of my failed cooking jobs that would go to my dog (which is where it went after we brought it home). The sides were, as always, wonderful (creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, lobster Mac-n-cheese ). If I were a first time customer, I would question coming back, but as a long time Ruth’s Chris goer, all over the US, and you have been one of the best, if not the best, I will be back to enjoy my filet mignon and creamed spinach (and avoid the single T -bone). The steaks were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the sides and appetizers were equally impressive. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. Our server went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking, offering excellent recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.     We enjoyed a Post Christmas - Pre New Years Dinner on Friday night, I had the Old Fashioned and Marinated Strip Steak, she had the Spicy Margareta and Sword Fish. We shared a Crab Meat Cocktail, which was a good size to share and delicious. The Arugula hiding under the ice was an unexpected treat and complemented the Crab an cocktail sauce. Service was attentive to our needs. We will be back !

    We had a great time at Prime 1024. We had the special Caprese salad and the fried calamari for starters. They were wonderful. My hubby had Chicken Diavolo and I enjoyed a great Pappaedelli a la Ragú. Desserts were great as well. The service is really attentive and friendly. Our server, Edison and his helping coworker David, were really efficient and kind, and took great care of us. Prime 2024 never disappoints. We go there every time we want to celebrate a special occasion. We will be back!
