Exceptional Service and a Memorable Dining Experience From the moment we arrived, our experience was exceptional. We were warmly greeted by the hostess and promptly seated. Our server, Chad, was knowledgeable, attentive, and provided excellent recommendations, particularly for appetizers and cocktails. The espresso martini was perfectly balanced and a standout start to the evening. For appetizers, we opted for the special lobster dip on crostini, which was rich, savory, and an excellent choice. The sushi roll, however, fell a bit short, as the rice was slightly mushy. For entrées, my friend ordered the Wagyu steak special and described it as “an experience in your mouth”—tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I had the lobster rolls, which, while enjoyable, could have benefited from a bit more seasoning. Our side dishes—Brussels sprouts and mac and cheese—were both delicious and well-executed. Dessert was a chocolate cake, which unfortunately was served cold and lacked moisture, making it the only real disappointment of the meal. Despite this minor drawback, the overall experience was fantastic. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was inviting. I look forward to returning to try the Tomahawk steak. Highly recommended for a great dining experience!

We absolutely love Ranch Steakhouse because the food is always consistently good. This time the steak had much more fat than we’ve ever experienced. We were surprised. Every thing else was amazing.

Positives: The food we received was really good. We chose the Philly cheesesteak app, the Cajun ribeye and the fire grill chicken pasta. All great flavors and large portions. The service was great (Brittany was our waitress). We were held up in traffic and then caught the train and the held our reservation. Negatives: They were out of several things on the menu and we were there early(ish) in the day. The table we were sat at had crumbs in the chairs and trash (small stuff but still noticeable) on the floor, just lacked the attention to detail we expected. Overall, it was a win.

We had a great experience, our waiter was amazing and the food was great. Only problem was that we had a reservation and I believe they overbooked themselves, we and other people had the same reservation times and had to wait 45 minutes just to get a table. Once we got seated everything went great.

Excellent service from Jackson. Food was excellent as well. Hassle free valet parking. Many of the staff greeted us and showed appreciation for our business. Booked again while there for next month.
