We had a superb wedding anniversary dinner with Chef Yu Uchida and his team at Matsukawa over the Christmas holidays. The intimate experience of his 8 seater restaurant is pretty unique in Dublin dining and the quality of the nigiri, sushi and sashimi was excellent. Being able to watch him ply his craft at an arm’s length from us allowed us to really appreciate the work that he puts into his preparation and presentation. Yu and his two colleagues were also very engaging and informative. We will definitely return.
