Best Sushi Restaurants in Lafayette

The staff was so kind! They got us seated quickly in a very nice intimate booth and wished us a happy anniversary/my partner a happy birthday. The server was incredibly funny and offered wonderful food and drink recommendations, all of the food was incredible and the lavender empress cocktail was super refreshing. We will absolutely be back again soon, try the toffee banana cake and the dragon and firecracker rolls for sure! Great vegetarian options too! TEN star experience!

We went to Uchi for our Anniversary. Overall we had an outstanding experience. We enjoyed the food and service as we sat at the sushi counter. Chef Jacob helped us with our orders. The food was excellent. Fish & lobster were fresh. Apparently they received 3 seafood shipments per week. We had Lobster Miso, Walu Walu (steamed fish), uni & salmon roe nigiri, hot rock wagyu beef, and a few drinks. We also received complimentary sushi for our Anniversary.
