He was attentive without hovering, ensuring our glasses never went empty and that each course arrived at just the right time. His deep knowledge of the menu—particularly the newer items—and his thoughtful recommendations spoke to both his expertise and genuine enthusiasm for Uchi. What truly set Alex apart was his warm, personable approach. He takes the time to learn our preferences, patiently answered our questions, and effortlessly guided us toward dishes we absolutely loved. His suggestions were spot-on every time. We left Uchi feeling not only satisfied by the superb food but also immensely grateful for Alex’s impeccable service. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and we can’t wait to visit again and sit in his section.
