- SSteveToronto / Ontario •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe made reservations using the Open Table app...super easy. Friendly staff greeted us as we came in and we were escorted to our table. The ambiance was very warm and the decor was contemporary. Our server Robert T was friendly as well and spent the time to ensure we were ready. We ordered a Sushi Tower for 2 and Robert suggested we try Uni for the first time. The presentation was stunning and the taste was spectacular. Best sushi that we have ever had in a very long time. It was fresh and just perfect.. Robert did stop by on occassion to ensure we were satisfied and we did have a brief discussion. He knew the right time to disengage to allow us to enjoy our experience. We highly recommend the sushi and perhaps next time we'll try the steak. 5 star experience. - JjosephvipToronto / Ontario •24 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoFirst time at JaBistro My partner and I love Japanese food , and found the quality and freshness of the fish unparalleled anywhere in the city. The pre- seasoned dishes were something new for us, and have to say the Chefs were spot on, extremely flavourful, beautifully presented For starters we had the blue fin tuna belly and scallop hand rolls , both well done and a nice start For mains we ordered the tiger shrimp and scallop rolls which were seasoned to perfection and perhaps best Tiger shrimp we have had. Well done. We are not dessert fans so skipped this but the pannacotta and sorbet looked very good and well presented. Our server Sophia was very attentive and accommodating. Overall i rate this restaurant a 4.3/5 , I would rate higher if there was more selection.More infoJaBistroPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Entertainment District•4.8

Strongly recommend pairing your meal with house suggestions of wine and saké. Not cheap but well worth every penny. Superb service. It can get a bit noisy when crowded.More infoMiku Restaurant - TorontoPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Financial District•4.6
