- TTaylorVIPOrlando / Central Florida East •8 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoI would echo what other reviewers have said about very slow service, unavailable items, and overall price to value. The food was delicious, but we had a very slow start. It took almost 25 minutes from the time we sat down to place a drink order and the restaurant was not full at all. We nearly left because it felt like they may not serve us despite having a reservation. They have a strict policy that charges you if you do not cancel your reservation 48 hours in advance, which is fine, but you should offer good service to your customers if you are going to maintain such a rigid policy. This restaurant would be excellent if they were not short-staffed and had very slow service. I have still given them a 4 star rating because the food was very good and I could tell they were trying....but they could do better on the service side for sure.More infoAritzaPrice: Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Beaver Creek•4

- NNicoleDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined on 25 Dec 2024I flew in from Phoenix AZ for the holidays at the very last minute. I was worried about what would be open in this beautiful mountain town having several friends meeting from steamboat and Grand Junction. NONE and none of us were disappointed with ANYTHING. From the bottle of wine too the family style entrees we shared. The ambience was amazing and so was the walk back to the townhouse. 5 stars all the way.More infoTempranilloPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Basalt•4.7
